Dieser edelsüsse Wein, der auf sonnenverwöhnten Terrassen gedeiht, wurde beim Mondial des Pinots 2025 mit einer Goldmedaille ausgezeichnet ein Beweis für seine herausragende Qualität.
Die Trauben werden im Winter bei etwa 140 Grad Öchsle gelesen, nachdem sich die wertvolle Edelfäule entwickelt hat. Das Ergebnis: ein Wein in intensivem Goldton, mit betörenden Aromen von Quitte, Honig und getrockneten Früchten, der jeden Schluck zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis macht.
